  I order a very heavy and large cabinet that unfortunately when the drivers un-boxed it in my driveway we found that it had a small crack. Naturally they offered to replace asap but furthermore, they insisted that i keep the piece of furniture if I needed it to fill a void while the new one was built. Opposed to waiting another 6 weeks for the delivery, we get to use the barely damaged one while we wait for the new one to be built and swapped out. Try getting that service from wayfair. Thanks!
