  After researching and thinking about an upgrade to my DIY home theater I decided to take the advice of a trusted colleague and go talk with some professional installers. While at Audio Exchange my wife and I were treated care and respect since we really didn't know much about the varying levels of quality on the market. We participated in a speaker listening tour in their sound room and it was easily the most beautiful sound we'd ever heard. The advice that was provided by Donny, Steve and Carter was just beyond our expectations. Having dealt with other companies in the past we felt comfortable with our decisions and more importantly informed on what we were purchasing. I love learning and if you're interested in learning these guys are the best! What an education we received! The installation of in wall speakers in our home was flawless. There was no mess and they were I highly recommend Audio Exchange for anyone who is considering even a small change in their equipment. We are just thrilled that we went with them and have nothing but praise to share based on our experience.

  excellent experience with dave at audio exchange. i had some difficulty with a my preamp and i visited the store. i mentioned i liked vintage equipment and dave set me up with an adcom gfa-555 amp and johnson conrad tube preamp pv 11. vintage equipment can be hit or miss on ebay or craiglist but audio exchange has their pieces gone over by a technician. this makes buying vintage equipment so much more a confident experience. no DOAs here. also did i fail to mention hundreds of dollars off the going market price for those two items. thanks dave.
