Got a real live person on the phone immediately when I called; got a call back within the hour to say when they'd be able to come the next day, and they were here right on time. Two personable and professional young men listened to my story and went right to work. No attempt to sell me anything 'extra,' they just inspected the entire chimney, fixed what needed to be, cleaned up better than they found things, and all at a most reasonable price. I recommend without any reservations!
