  We had a pretty bad experience with this place. The proprietor is quite friendly, but very absent-minded. Our order consisted of two parts, 1) a wedding ring for my now-wife, to be engraved, and 2) engraving and resizing of my inherited wedding ring. It's hard to count how many things went wrong. 1) The order was quite late. Over a month later, getting close to our wedding date, my wife called and he quite simply seemed to have forgotten about the order. We then had to bug him again, a second time. We only got our rings four days before the wedding date even though we'd given the order to him two months prior and he assured us it would be done well in advance of our wedding date. 2) my ring was never engraved. 3) her ring was engraved with the text that was supposed to go on MY ring. The owner didn't charge us for the engraving that was never done, but otherwise was not very apologetic for having our order so delayed. Her ring was beautiful which is the only reason I'm giving this place two stars instead of one.
