  Worst service ever! I’m changing pharmacies. CVS continues to fill my prescription incorrectly. They refill a generic medication instead of the name brand and it’s a health hazard. This happens every month and every month they tell me notes have been placed on their system and it will never happen again. I’m on an anti-seizure med and the generic doesn’t work so their error is more than just the inconvenience of waiting. The staff seems more interested in talking about what’s for dinner in front of customers (while we wait )instead of concentrating on filling prescriptions . Very frustrating. I’m changing pharmacies this week.

  Terrible, incompetent service for something as easy as a flu shot and picking up a prescription. Left without prescription after waiting in line for 20 min. Same cost for it at Kroger and called for it and picked it up within 10 min total. Took my husband 1:45 to get his flu shot when he scheduled in advance online!
