  A wonderful place. If a family owned and authentic jewelry store experience is what you're after this is your destination. Everyone in this store is there to assist and wow you. Everybody in this store has a strength to help you get what you need at good price points in a reasonable amount of time. They generally care and are honest with their intentions.

  Horrible experience. Listen carefully when asking for service. Took a watch in to have the battery replaced. Took 2 months because a part was missing. $231 later, come to find out they rebuilt the watch. I believe they called me at work with the estimate and I was in a meeting and not paying attention so I cannot deny agreeing to the work over the phone. However, all I asked for was the battery to be replaced. Shame on you Finks. Two daughters and countless anniversaries will be taking their business elsewhere.
