  I was in the shopping in the Richmond Regency Mall location today around 2-3pm. In the sale section, I came across a few shower caps that were marked on sale for $1.00. A light skin African American girl with long braids with blonde tips was my cashier. She rang the shower caps up as $2.99 each. The two I grabbed happened to not have sale stickers on them. I then politely informed her I saw the others were marked $1.00, I can even go find one and show her. She wasn’t friendly to begin with, and was playing with her hair and nails a lot. After I told her that, her attitude got even worse. She even called me “cheap ass” under her breath but still loud enough for me to hear. I was humiliated. I know that fast fashion stores are usually very busy and it’s impossible to mark things down correctly 100%. I’ve worked retail before myself. So I simply informed her of what I saw. I don’t expect the customer service at F21 to be amazing but I certainly did not think calling your customer a “cheap ass” is acceptable.
