  I called in was told there was one customer in front of me. I waited 24 minutes hung up and called back. I was told several customers were in front of me. I tried to purchase a gift card to use online with my xbox and they were all expired so they had to put it on my receipt which was misplaced. I changed my rating to four as I went into the store and the manager took care of my issue. The only reason I did not change it to five is due to their phone policy. Leaving a customer on hold that long without touching base is never acceptable.
