  Call the store to ask if they offered FedEx shipping. Employee says yes, I arrive at the store about 30 minutes later. The SAME (voice) employee in the store tells me the FedEx services have been down all day due to a computer issue. Wouldn't that be something you mention over the phone beforehand? Typical teenager employee issues I guess.

  Disappointed. I tried to get a price match with Amazon with some trading card protectors. It was Office Max brand against ANY brand on Amazon. They would not match the price because it was not the same brand. The higher quality one on Amazon was still cheaper. If they were going to price match I would have doubled my order. Instead I returned them all. Service was polite.
