  Went there with a bag full of clothes. Got a text that my items were ready to pick up. I got a 2nd text that they were unable to buy them then I got a 3rd text to disregard the first message. When I got to the store to pick up the items I was told that they couldn’t buy them because “they were mature clothing, they had everyday wears on them and old”.... Let me just start Of by saying I had over 5 brand new items with TAGS still on them that was never worn. I had Charlotte Russe dresses and rompers, forever 21 outfits that were literally wore once and that was it. Some African print Dashikis that were NEVER worn. In addition nice tops and pants. I was ONLY getting rid of the items because I lost A LOT of weight and none of them fit. The clothings were Large and X large outfits.... I just want to know how brands like forever 21 and Charlotte Russe are “matured”... ooo let me top it off by saying I went there with a bag that was intact and upon receiving my items back the bag was torn.... I was so upset I just took the bag and drove across the street to goodwill and dropped off those items there happily. I am HIGHLY disappointed in this store. For someone that has spent so much money at the store, I can guarantee you all I will NOT be back after this experience.
