  As the owner of Robin's Custom Woodworks it is my job to see that my customers receive the highest possible quality that they pay for. So with that being said we hire a lot of people- some with no experience whom we train for the task at hand. For other positions it is necessary that we hire the most experienced person possible. If an employee doesn't put out the quality work that they say then can we have to replace them. We are an equal opportunity employer and we do not discriminate. We give people jobs that they say they have the experience for and make sure they have ample opportunity to prove themselves. So a bad review from an ex-employee is to be expected.
