  I'd personally give them -5 stars tbh customer service is atrocious and the employees are all liars. Cell phone salespeople should get the worst rep for being scammers and liars

  Not very helpful, they will break your legs if you don't come in there with the account holder. Maybe that's standard for most cellular providers now a days, but my phone wasn't working, and they wouldn't help me fix it unless I got in touch with the primary account holder. Okay cool, how can I do that with my phone not working. I have since moved to Verizon.
