The employees are nice or neutral every time I visit. The only issue I have is steep pricing, especially the boxed Pokemon Yellow at $320 and the Earthbound cart-only at around $180. Generally, things can be found somewhat cheaper online if you look enough, but The Tech Exchange still does it much better than others and comes with the safety of buying physically.
