  Went in looking at new video cards for my computer. They had what I needed, and the owner actually talked me out of spending more money on a card based on what my needs were. Left with an EVGA 1060 FTW 3GB and I'm very happy with the results. The price was a little over what I was looking to spend, but I like supporting local shops like this one. Customer service was top notch, and they have a lot of accessories that you can't find in other big box stores in the Richmond area. I'll definitely be bringing my computer here for any repairs or upgrades in the future.
