  I've ordered 2 PC's from Velocity Micro so far, and have been impressed with their reasonable prices and dedicated service both times. The first machine was a desktop PC which is well-built, but it had Windows 10 on it, so it broke. Velocity Micro's service team was very helpful in resolving the issue and the PC continues to run fine now that I have Windows 7 again. The second machine was a laptop which unfortunately arrived with damage to the touchpad. Their service department immediately offered to rebuild the machine with no shipping costs to me involved. Dealing with them has been much easier than any other PC company I've gone with! I'll definitely be going back to them again when I'm ready to upgrade.
