  Terrible customer service here. Sales associate with brown hair and glasses was extremely rude and talked about me behind my back. All I asked was for her to match a promotion that ALL THE OTHER VS STORES SAID THEY WOULD MATCH. She would not, nor did she even try to ask the manager. The manager also saw us unhappy in the store and decided not to ask or say anything to us. I walked out and called the other local VS stores and they said that the Stony Point VS's store had a lack of good customer service. I completely agree. I spent many years in retail and know that they were being snippy and inconsiderate just because they could be. I will never shop at this location again.
