  Pharmacy is the worst I've seen. Because of my PTSD, panic disorder, anxiety, and a victim of strong panic attacks, all the while have a sever case of insomnia. As you can imagine I have a long list of medications I need to take to help with these issues. These are medications that if stopped abruptly could cause major problems. I've lost medication before and this staff is very unhelpful. The other day I filled one prescription and while I was there, without me asking, the pharmacist told me my two other medications would be available tomorrow. So I told him "go ahead and fill them and I'll be here to pick them up tomorrow".....he replied "no problem we'll have them ready for pickup tomorrow, have a nice rest of your day". I thought "cool, that's good service". But of course when I got to Walgreens, it was the same old stuff with my medication not ready and was told to come back the next day....and I did. And guess what?? It was t ready AGAIN. Un real how unorganized they are and worst pharmacy service I've ever seen. Sadly this is closest to me and best for my insurance. Otherwise I would never be caught dead allowing this pharmacy to handle my medication and profit from me. 6 employees behind a desk doing nothing. Some of whom are incompetent.....not the type of people we need dispersing our life saving medications.

  Wow I can't even begin to day how bad this pharmacy is. My doctor called in a specific brand of pill and 4 months worth of it. I came to pick it up and it was a different type and 1 month's worth. What the hell. I initially thought my doctor had called in the wrong thing so I called them to get clarification and was concerned when they found out the pharmacy didn't do as they called in. They said they called in the right prescription. I confronted the pharmacy and they pulled up my prescription and the look of realization dawned on them. They asked me to wait for 5 minutes and they would get the correct one for me. They ended up giving me 3 months worth of THE SAME INCORRECT BRAND. They assumed this one was okay and asked if I wanted that specific brand. I said yes and the doctor specified this brand only and no other brand. She then tried to make an excuse that there was a "manufacturer's error" for that brand so they didn't have it but they can order it now. What?? All in all, stay away from this pharmacy. I wouldnt be surprised if they disregarded a doctor's prescription for someone else and it ended up being detrimental to them. I will report them so they won't be able to potentially hurt someone else by disregarding the doctor's specific instructions. They have lost my business for good!
